Oldest living American dies at 115 in Texas

The oldest living person in the United States recently died. According to LongeviQuest, an organization that monitors and tracks the oldest living people in the world. Ms. Elizabeth Francis died in Houston at the age of 115. She celebrated that birthday in July. Francis leaves behind a 94 year old daughter.
