Platinum Brix to open on Hill Country Mile

Boerne’s City Council approves a variance for a wine-tasting room not too far from a school at Boerne ISD. State Law restricts alcohol establishments without food from behind sold 300 feet from a school. The wine-tasting room for Platinum Brix is around 198 feet from a school. The business will only be open on the weekends. It’s a 2 year permit with no food being served on the property. Platinum Brix will open on the Hill Country Mile at 248 North Main Street.
