Rebuild Kerr’s report for this week. 135 households remain in temporary housing. To date, the Foundation’s Down Payment Assistance program has helped 19 flood survivor households achieve homeownership.  Rebuilding & Construction efforts continue to accelerate across the county.with 58 homes fully reconstructed– 33 homes actively under constructionand 47 modular and RV homes have been repaired or replaced 

187 households helped through the Community Foundation’s Unmet Needs Fund
