300 Rice University Alumni, Faculty and Staff descended on Bandera to watch the Great Owl eclipse. The group converged at the Flying Ranch over the weekend. Renowned alumnus and NASA Astronaut James Newman was in attendance. Also in the crowd was the President of Rice University Reginald DesRoches.
