Steven Wheeler - new Ingram Police Chief

Ingram City Council hires another Police Chief. Reports the West Kerr Current. Steven Wheeler, a former Police Chief in Slaton Texas begins his duties on Monday. Wheeler beat out several other candidates for the position. He replaces Otto Arnim who’s been in the position since May.
