Texas Legislature starts Tuesday

The 89th Texas Legislature starts on Tuesday. According to Gary Borders of the Texas Press Association, there is still an unresolved race for the Speaker of the House of Representatives. David Cook of Mansfield and Dustin Burrows of Lubbock are in the running for the position.
