Texas sues Colony Ridge developers

Texas files suit against Houston’s Colony Ridge for fraudulent real estate practices. Attorney General Ken Paxton accusing the developers of deceptive sales, marketing and lending practices. The filing is at texasattorneygeneral.gov. The US Department of Justice filed a similar lawsuit in December.
