Texas - TDLR closes 8 massage parlors

Kerrville massage parlor shut down last week by TDLR or the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. A Pattaya Massage on Hill Country Drive was shut down with 7 other massage parlors in Texas under a six-month emergency closure order.  The 8 massage parlors are owned by 3 people registered under Tongfuxin LLC and Tongfu LLC.  The TDLR found activities consistent with human trafficking at all of the establishments.
