Texas woman receives a 15 year sentence for committing fraud against the US Army. Mello created a shell company applying for the federal funds that she used to live a lavish lifestyle. The investigation into the fraud started after her tax return was flagged by the IRS. She is currently in jail awaiting transfer to a yet unknown Federal prison.
