Tom Shumate lawsuit w/Wildlife Partners LLC

Jury deliberations and closing arguments are today, in Boerne for a lawsuit on the sale of 2 exotic animals to a Boerne business. The kudu or African antelope were delivered with one of the animals dying in route and the other dying after a few days of delivery to Wildlife Partners. Texas businessman, Tom Shumate is being sued in a Kendall County court by Wildlife Partners, LLC. A buyer, seller and breeder of Exotic animals.  The exotic animal company is asking for 72 thousand dollars for compensation plus 252 thousand for attorney’s fees, costs and undisclosed punitive damages.
