Topgolf Calloway Brands Inc. to splinter off according to the San Antonio Business Journal. The company has seen a drop in stock value of 38 percent in the past year. The company currently is planning to build a Topgolf in New Braunfels.  Topgolf, is an eatertainment concept with headquarters in Dallas. Calloway Brands is an equipment and apparel company headquartered in California.
