3 million Texans data breached. According to The Texas Parks and Wildlife an unauthorized user may have swiped personal driver license information, passport numbers, email addresses, phone numbers and residential addresses. Texas Cyber Command detected unauthorized access within an external, third-party vendor that manages the digital sales platform for hunting and fishing permits. The breach didn’t compromise social security numbers, dates of birth or financial information.
