Twin Creeks Subdivision in Kerr County has stalled. No work has been done on the site since late April. Reports the Hill Country Journal. The 800 acre Twin Creeks development is located on Eagle Ridge Road off Texas Highway 173. County Commissioners requested the developers help fund road improvements. This is the second subdivision that the developer Lakewood Capital has been halted on. A Bandera development hit a snag because of water issues.
