The fight continues between Texas Parks and Wildlife and Todd Interests. Todd Interests purchased Fairfield Lake State Park in June. Texas Parks wants to keep it a park and has instituted eminent domain. Founder Shawn Todd has obtained TPWD emails and texts through the open records act. At this point it’s a they said, he said.
