TX - US Congressman Chip Roy sends letters out regarding BESS

US Congressman Chip Roy of Texas takes up the cause for hill country communities that may be impacted by battery energy storage systems or BESS. Roy sent letters to Key Capture Energy, Black Mountain Energy, and East Point Energy address 10 points of concern. These energy companies plan to build BESS in Kendall and Kerr Counties.
