TX Water Board funding

The Texas Water Development Board has 56 million dollars to give away. The City of Bandera is going to request some of that funding. They need 15 and a half million dollars to relocate the wastewater treatment facility.  Bandera has been fined for having the facility in the floodway. This isn’t the first time the city has applied for funding. This year Bandera was invited by Ardurra Engineering and US Capitol City Advisors. Reports the Bandera Prophet.
