TXdot road pattern change on 1604

Travelers prepare for delays due to a new TXDot road pattern. An eastbound Loop 1604 entrance ramp after the I-10 interchange was permanently shut down yesterday. According to TXDot the closure will affect travelers on their way past the Rim. Crews are performing a ramp reconfiguration at the Loop 1604 and I-10 interchange. A new exit ramp to Vance Jackson Road is being built. Motorists on the East Bound Loop 1604 front road continue on the to the next available entrance ramp to access the EB Loop 1604 main lanes.
