Ulises Rodriguez Montoya - Tom Green Elementary

The 5 year old killed in Friday’s school bus accident near Bastrop is identified. Ulises Rodriguez Montoya died from injuries suffered in the bus rollover. Ulises was returning home with his classmates from a field trip when a concrete truck collided with the school bus. 3 staff members were seriously hurt also. The students and staff are from Tom Green Elementary in Hays County. The investigation is ongoing. Ulises family has set up a GoFundMe page. Tom Green Elementary also has a GoFundMe page.
