Not Guilty: declared the Jury in Corpus Christi for Former Uvalde ISD Police Officer Adrian Gonzalez. Gonzalez, 52 faced 29 counts of child abandonment and endangerment because of his response to the shooting at Robb elementary in 2022 where 22 children were killed and 2 teachers. The jury deliberated for 7 hours. Gonzalez is one of 2 officers facing charges from that day. The 2nd officer is Uvalde ISD Chief of Police Pete Arredondo whose trial date has not been set.
