Uvalde Police Chief resigns

Uvalde Police Chief Daniel Rodriguez resigns his post effective April 6th.  He was on vacation during the Robb Elementary shooting. The resignation comes days after a report exonerated Uvalde PD from wrongdoing during the shooting. Assistant Chief of Police Homer Delgado is named the interim as the city searches for Rodriguez’s replacement. Reports Reuters.
