Vanderpool well permits up for review Thursday

Controversial Vanderpool well permits up for review again on Thursday according to The Bandera Canyonlands Alliance. The Bandera County River Authority and Groundwater District is having a meeting on Thursday at 10am at their office 440 FM 3240 regarding the Vanderpool Management, LP high-volume permit applications. These permit applications could allow pumping of more than 65-million gallons a year or 200 acre feet.  The wells are located just south of RR 337 near Vanderpool.
