A 3 vehicle crash left one person dead outside of Fredericksburg last Friday. Reports expressnews.com. Kaitlyn Michelle Sucilla-Orozco died in the crash, according to Texas Highway Patrol Sgt. Kenny Mata.  No other names of those involved have been released. Reportedly a vehicle crossed over a center lane hitting one vehicle. Kaitlyn was in the vehicle hit.  The collision created a chain reaction as another vehicle was also involved in the crash. Fredericksburg Fire and EMS posted on Facebook an Amazon van was also in the crash. The accident was at the 3000 block of US 290 and closed that section down for 5 hours. Law enforcement is investigating the reason why the first vehicle crossed over into an oncoming lane.
