A defense attorney’s motion to suppress evidence seized in the Coleman Blevins case is denied rules Judge M. Pat Maguire. Reports the Daily Times. Blevins is accused of planning to shoot up Kerrville’s Walmart in 2021. Attorney Lance Kennedy argued that the warrant was only for firearms, documents, cellphone and computers. And he said police took more than those items into evidence.
