REK and Friends: Applause for The Cause." Raised over 3 million dollars for the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country to support regional flood relief efforts. On Thursday, August 28th, the Texas Hill Country came together for a night of music and giving. Robert Earl Keen and more than 20 country artists took the stage at Whitewater Amphitheater for the fundraiser.
