Open your voice! At 2pm. Acclaimed Americana Country artist Rebecca Folsom is offering a free singing workshop at the Butt-Holdsworth Library in Kerrville. She’ll be teaching vocal techniques to unlock your singing potential. Afterwards, join Rebecca for a free concert. The public is welcome.
