Bandera’s City Council postponed awarding a construction contract for a new park project across from Bandera City Park. Reports the Bandera Prophet. The city received a 50 thousand dollar grant for a Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Habitat Angler Access Park. Two bids were received for work on the project but there was a wide disparity between the two. Council member Tony Battle requested a separate workshop stating more research is needed.
