Bandera Co - Declaration of Local State Disaster

Declaration of a Local State Disaster issued in Bandera County.   Judge Richard Evans signed the declaration regarding the threat of the New World Screwworm. The declaration is in effect for seven days; the court extended the declaration for 30 days. No areas of Bandera County have been placed under an animal movement quarantine by the Texas Animal Health Commission, "We have an imminent threat, we do not have a screwworm case in our county," Evans said.
