Bandera ISD Education Foundation receives 300K donation

The Bandera ISD Education Foundation received a 300 thousand dollar donation on Wednesday from David and Cynthia Hoff on behalf of the Ruth F. Phillips Perpetual Scholarship trust. The Scholarship fund was originally created and given out to students who were entering trade schools after graduating.
