Bandera Livery discussion

Bandera City Council considering a Bandera Livery. According to the Bandera Prophet, the livery is a place visitors and shoppers can hitch their horses in a gated shaded place with water. Diana Walters of Bandera Equine suggested the former Cedar Street Hangar at 1 dollar per year for 7 years. The measure has been tabled to appoint a committee.
