Bandera Mayor Rebecca Gibson opposes city ordinances

Bandera Mayor Rebecca Gibson is asking City Council members to reconsider their votes on the recent changes to the noise ordinance and changes in the ordinance for licensing and registration of temporary trade businesses and cottage food businesses. Gibson stated she was exercising her statutory authority to oppose the modification of the 2 ordinances. She said the city council didn’t take the adequate time to review the ordinances.
