Bandera - pays $60k bill

Despite a protest from Bandera Citizens regarding a payment of 60 thousand dollars to the City of Bandera from the Economic Development Corporation, the cost was covered through other means.  According to the Bandera Prophet, City Administrator Stan Farmer said the cost was covered by 39 thousand dollars in sponsorships and donations and 22 thousand dollars from an unused expenditure for council salaries. The city still has 2 options to be reimbursed the money from either a special election or not to purse the funds from the EDC. Farmer says those 2 options have not been ruled out.
