Bandera - Signage ordinance modified

Bandera City Council changes signage ordinance. According to the Bandera Prophet. Some of the changes include eliminating permit requirements for minor signage maintenance, and allowing previously prohibited A-Frame, sail, teardrop, feather and bow banner signs, with certain limitations.
