Bandera - Warrant for We Care Wildlife not contested

In Bandera County, the warrant to seize the animals from the We Care Wildlife Sanctuary was not contested according to Banderanewzjunky. The owner had 10 days to appeal the ruling of seizure which took place in September. All the animals seized are now in the care of associated care agencies and organizations. Bandera County Constable Spengler confirmed that very few animals remain on the property.
