BCRAGD denies Vanderpool Mgmnt a re-hearing

Vanderpool Management LP’s request for a rehearing on a February ruling made by the Bandera County River Authority and Groundwater District has been denied. According to the Bandera Prophet, The BCRAGD denied the request during their quarterly meeting on Thursday. Vanderpool Management LP asked for 200 acre feet per year on applications for 2 wells and were granted a 56 acre feet per year for 2 wells instead. The BCRAGD also rejected a judge’s decision from the State of Administrative Hearings to approve the 200 feet per acre request.
