Blanco rescinds boil water notice

The City of Blanco has rescinded the boil water notice. Blanco has also moved from stage 6 to 5 water restrictions. Irrigation is prohibited and outdoor water usage except for watering outdoor animals.  washing of vehicles is prohibited.
