Keen Independent Research is helping Boerne develop and arts and cultural master plan. Reports the Boerne Star. The process started in February and the first public meeting was recently conducted. Keen conducted focus groups and interviews with city officials prior to the first public meeting. Keen representatives say that the master plan will be based on what Boerne wants not a formulaic plan using their other projects line Celina and Frisco Texas as a roadmap.
