Boerne Award - mental health collaboration

Boerne receives a national award for mental health collaborations with the city and police department. ICMA Local Government Excellence Award in Community Partnerships is given to programs that forge collaborative partnerships with government and local nonprofits to bolster mental health responses. Boerne PD added a mental health officer last year.
