Boerne - Buc-ees platte approval

Buc-ee’s in Boerne is one step closer to reality after a decade of wrangling. The final Buc-ee's platte is now approved. According to the Boerne Star, the Boerne Planning and Zoning Commission approved the measure focusing on the relevance of a traffic-impact analysis and a 9-acre piece of the property being turned over to the city. P and Z Commissioners voted unanimously to approve the design. The next step is for Boerne City Council to accept, deny or delay.
