Boerne - Kyle Mickelsen - new councilman

Kyle Mickelsen is the newest member of Boerne City Council. He was selected to replace District 3 Quinten Scott and finish his term. Scott resigned in July as he is moving out of the city. Mickelsen recently served on the City Charter Review Committee. His swearing in is Tuesday at the next Boerne City Council meeting.
