Boerne - man sentenced to 14 years

Boerne man sentenced to 14 years for burglary of a habitation. Russell Niemeier, 55, was convicted and sentenced last Thursday. In July of last year, Niemeier broke into his mother’s home and threatened her. He previously had been convicted for injury to a Child/Disabled/Elderly. And had 4 prior convictions.
