Boerne - plan for growth

The City of Boerne has a 10 year strategic plan for growth according to the San Antonio Business Journal. During the economic summit with Kendall County in August, developers addressed key issues with growth. Such as housing, medical facilities and services. Although there is a demand for more restaurants, is it worth bringing them in if they find staffing difficult. And though the connection of IH-10 and Loop 1604 has improved mobility, elevated land prices, interest rates and costs will continue to be a problem for the workforce to live in Boerne rather than commute in from San Antonio.
