Kendall County Commissioners unanimously voted to approve a final plat for Windmill Ranch Subdivision. They also voted no on assuming road maintenance and drainage after one year. The developer would maintain the roadway for a year then turn it over to the county. Apparently, the subdivision roadway only benefits the 16 residences on the property. The roadway also dead ends. The commissioners say it has no benefit to the rest of the county. They suggest an HOA maintain the road. Reports the Boerne Star.
