Carrie Burns, 63 has been arrested for allegedly murdering her sister in Kerr County. 911 dispatched Kerr County Sheriff’s Department at 4am to the 100 block of Hilltop Drive. Christy Burns, 61 suffered a single gunshot wound to the chest. She was taken to Peterson Regional Medical Center and pronounced deceased. Carrie Burns was arrested and booked into the Kerr County jail. The shooting incident remains under investigation.
