Clay Street closing

Starting on Monday, in Kerrville, Clay Street will be closed for a week at Water and Clay for underground utility construction and pedestrian improvements. Vehicle and pedestrian access will be maintained. The downtown parking garage can be accessed through Main Street. Watch out for KPUB work crews.
