The final plat for Comanche Trace Phase 12B is approved by Kerrville’s Planning and Zoning Commission. Phase 12B will have 18 parcels in a 15 plus acre tract along Comanche Trace Drive. The tract is owned by Comanche Trace Development LP. Infrastructure construction plans were approved before implementation of Stage 4 drought restrictions. This allows approval of new water accounts as water mains and taps are already installed. Reports the Daily Times.
