Comfort - Lennar requests permit for a WWTF

Is a new development coming to Kendall County? Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction and Laura and Jesse Wied are asking TCEQ for a permit to discharge 600 thousand gallons of effluent water per day into North Creek. The Waste Water Treatment Facility would be located at the intersection of Highway 87 and Hughes Ranch Road. The permit is posted at the Comfort Library on High Street.
