New business park coming to Kendall County. Boehm Commercial Group has announced Lonestar Business Park to be built at 636 FM 289 in Comfort near the Kendall County Equestrian Center. The new development off the IH-10 Access is advertised as being positioned between Boerne, Comfort, and Kerrville.
