Coming King Sculpture Prayer Gardens in Kerrville had a memorial dedication for Hearts of Mercy & Compassion Crosses Thursday night. The crosses at the Hill Country Flood Memorial Wall stand as a reminder of the 139 lives lost in the July 4th Hill Country flood.
