Crabapple Fire Rebuild Fund raises 85K

The Crabapple Fire Rebuild Fund reached 85 thousand dollars in pledged and secured donations. They were contributed through the OneStar Foundation. One Star will transfer the funds to the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country this month. The transfer will ensure local decision-making on how the funds are utilized. The Crabapple Fire Relief Fund was created to provide rapid and essential support in the wake of the wildfire in March which burned nearly 10 thousand acres in Gillespie County.
