The Texas Rangers arrested 2 Department of Public Safety employees for fraud on Friday. They were feeding information to several vehicle inspection stations for financial gain. The information helped fraudulent vehicle inspections known as clean scanning. Plus, the information helped keep the stations from being detected for fraud. The Rangers are working in coordination with DPS Regulatory Services Division. More arrests may follow.
